Server Monitoring

Keep servers healthy and performant

Monitor availability, latency, and responses from your infrastructure. Get alerted before users feel the impact.

Availability & latency

Monitor uptime plus response times to catch slowdowns early.

Service checks

HTTP, TCP, and custom checks to cover APIs, apps, and background services.

Alert everywhere

Multi-channel alerts and escalations so on-call never misses a critical event.

Why Monitor Servers?

Server downtime and performance issues directly impact your users and business. Slow response times lead to poor user experience, while complete outages can result in lost revenue and damaged reputation.

Many server issues start as gradual performance degradation before becoming full outages. By monitoring response times and availability, you can catch problems early and fix them before users are affected.

Modern applications rely on multiple servers, APIs, and services. A single failing component can cascade into a larger outage. Comprehensive server monitoring gives you visibility into your entire infrastructure.

Key Benefits

Response time tracking

Monitor server response times from multiple global locations to catch performance degradation early.

🌐

Multi-protocol support

Check HTTP, HTTPS, TCP, UDP, and custom protocols to monitor all your services.

📊

Performance insights

View historical response time data and identify trends to optimize your infrastructure.

🚨

Proactive alerts

Get notified before users experience issues with customizable thresholds and alert rules.

How Server Monitoring Works

Add your server endpoints to Uptimecheck—HTTP/HTTPS URLs, TCP ports, or custom protocols. We check each endpoint from multiple global locations at regular intervals (as frequent as every minute).

We measure response times, status codes, and availability. If a server is slow, returns an error, or becomes unreachable, we immediately send alerts to your configured notification channels.

You can view real-time and historical data in your dashboard, including uptime percentages, average response times, and incident timelines. This helps you identify patterns and optimize performance.
