By accessing and using Uptimecheck.com ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, billing adjustments will be made accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Uptimecheck and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uptimecheck and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
