How to give a client a read-only dashboard

Updated October 16, 2026

A client dashboard (Professional and Business) is a read-only login for people at your client, to one project. They sign in to a dashboard in your name and see how their services are doing, without asking you.

Invite someone

  1. Open Projects in the sidebar.
  2. In the project’s Clients column, choose Invite.
  3. Enter their Email and choose Send invitation.

They get an email from you with a sign-in link, so there is no password to choose.

What they see

  • The project’s services and their status now, 90 days of uptime, response times, incidents and the monthly report.
  • Never other projects, settings, alert channels, team notes or addresses like cron job URLs.

Good to know

  • Remove someone in the same dialog and their access ends at once.
  • One person can have dashboards from several projects or agencies.
  • Want no login at all? Share a client report by link instead.
