A flag change doesn’t reach the app
SDKs keep a streaming connection to LaunchDarkly and update within seconds. If they don’t, check the SDK key for the right environment and that the app can reach LaunchDarkly’s streaming endpoint.
Every user gets the fallback value
The SDK returns the fallback value when it isn’t initialized, the flag key is wrong or the flag is off for that environment. Turn on SDK logging to see which.
The dashboard won’t load
