Can’t sign in with BankID
Most people sign in to Nordnet in Sweden with Mobile BankID. Update the BankID app and try again; when BankID itself has problems, every bank is affected. Look at the BankID page.
Prices or orders lag when the market opens
Many people trade when the exchanges open, and the app can be slow then. Check an order in the order list before you place it again.
An order hasn’t gone through
Orders only trade while the market is open and at a price someone accepts. A limit order far from the current price stays unfilled until it expires.
