A form stopped accepting responses
Each plan includes a number of responses. When the limit is reached, or the form is closed or scheduled to close, it stops taking new ones. Typeform’s status page above shows real outages.
Responses don’t reach an integration
Check the integration or webhook in the form’s Connect settings; Typeform shows failed webhook deliveries there. Reconnect the integration if its account was signed out.
The embedded form doesn’t show on a website
Script blockers and strict content security policies can stop the embed. Test the form’s own link: if that works, the problem is on the website.
