Waiting in a queue for a rig
Free members wait in a queue when demand is high and get shorter sessions than paid members. A long queue isn’t an outage; NVIDIA’s status page above lists real problems per server region.
Stuttering or a blurry stream
Cloud gaming needs a fast, stable connection: use a cable or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, pause downloads, and run the network test in the app. NVIDIA asks for at least 15 Mbps, and more for higher resolutions.
A game won’t start or isn’t in your library
GeForce NOW streams games you own in stores such as Steam and Epic Games. Link the store account in the app and check that the game is supported; not every game is.
