Steam goes down on Tuesdays
Valve runs short routine maintenance most Tuesdays, usually in the afternoon US Pacific time, which is late evening or night in Europe. The store, login and friends list can be gone for a few minutes and come back by themselves.
The store or community shows error -105 or -102
Those codes mean Steam couldn’t reach its servers: often DNS, a firewall or a VPN. Restart the router, try another DNS server, and allow Steam through the firewall.
Downloads are slow or stuck
