A checkout won’t open
The domain the checkout runs on must be approved in Paddle, and the client-side token and environment (sandbox or live) must match. Paddle’s status page above shows real outages.
A customer’s payment failed
Banks decline payments for many reasons, such as 3-D Secure not completed or a blocked card. Paddle retries failed subscription payments by itself before it cancels.
Webhooks don’t arrive
Check the notification destination in Paddle and its delivery log. Verify the signature with the right secret; a failing endpoint gets the event retried.
