The card reader won’t connect
Turn on Bluetooth, keep the reader charged and close to the phone, and update the Zettle app. Restart the reader and pair it again if it still won’t connect.
A card payment is declined
The card holder’s bank makes that decision. Ask for another card or a phone wallet; a declined payment isn’t charged.
