A scan fails in CI or the CLI
Check that SNYK_TOKEN is set and valid, and that the CLI is up to date. The CLI needs to reach Snyk’s API, so firewalls and proxies can block it.
Too many issues or the same issue many times
Snyk reports each vulnerable path through your dependencies. Upgrade the direct dependency it suggests, or ignore an issue with a reason and an end date.
A repository import doesn’t show up
Check that the source control integration still has access to the repository; revoked tokens and new org permissions stop imports. Snyk’s status page above shows real outages.
