HTTP 102 Processing
A WebDAV interim response that tells the client the server has accepted a long-running request and is still working on it, so the client doesn’t give up. It was dropped from the WebDAV specification in its 2007 revision (RFC 4918) for lack of implementations and is rarely sent today.
Defined in RFC 2518, section 10.1(opens in a new tab)

//_02 Causes and fixes
Why you see 102 and what to do
Typical causes
- A WebDAV server processing a request that takes a long time, such as a deep copy or move.
If you run the site
- Nothing to fix. For long jobs over plain HTTP, answer 202 Accepted and let the client check progress instead.
If you’re a visitor
- You won’t see it in a browser.
Know the moment your site stops answering as it should
An Uptimecheck monitor requests your page as often as every minute, checks the status code against the ones you expect, confirms a failure with a second check and then alerts you.
