An upload fails because the file is too big
Every Box plan has a maximum file size; on the free plan it is 250 MB. Compress or split the file, or upload it from an account on a bigger plan.
Box Drive doesn’t sync
Check that Box Drive is running and signed in and that the file isn’t open in another program, then look at Box Drive’s menu for files with problems.
Can’t sign in with a work account
