ERR_NGROK_4018: authentication failed
The ngrok agent needs an authtoken from your ngrok account. Add it with “ngrok config add-authtoken” and start the tunnel again.
Visitors see an ngrok warning page first
Free endpoints show an interstitial page to browser visitors before your site. Paid plans remove it, and API clients can skip it by sending the ngrok-skip-browser-warning header.
The tunnel is up but the address answers with an error
ngrok reaches the agent but not your service: check that the app runs on the port you tunnel to. Problems with ngrok’s own edge show on its status page above.
