The card reader won’t connect
Turn on Bluetooth and location, keep the reader charged and update the SumUp app. Restart the reader and pair it again if it still won’t connect.
A card payment is declined
The card holder’s bank makes that decision. Ask for another card or a phone wallet; a declined payment isn’t charged.
A payout hasn’t arrived
Payouts to a bank account take a few working days, depending on your payout settings and the bank. The SumUp app shows each payout and when it was sent.
