How to run uptime reports against an SLA target

Updated October 16, 2026 1 min read

Reports show uptime, downtime and incidents per monitor for a period, against an SLA target. They cover every monitor that existed during the period.

Run a report

  1. Open Reports in the sidebar.
  2. Choose the Period: This month, Last month, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days.
  3. Pick a Project, or All projects.
  4. Set the SLA target, such as 99.9%. Monitors below the target are marked red.

Export and share

  • CSV downloads the report for a spreadsheet.
  • Print or save as PDF gives you a document to send on.
  • Share with client creates a live report link. See how to share a client report.

How uptime is counted

  • Uptime is the share of the period without a confirmed outage. Single failed checks that weren’t confirmed don’t count.
  • Maintenance windows, paused time and time before a monitor existed don’t count against it.
  • Close to 100% the report shows three decimals, since 99.9% and 99.99% are very different: about 43 minutes versus 4 minutes of downtime a month.
  • Times are in UTC, so a month means the same to everyone.
