Why your statement says LINK.COM* UPTIMECHECK

Updated October 26, 2026 1 min read

Uptimecheck plans and SMS credit packs are sold through Link, operated by Stripe, as our reseller. When you pay, you buy from Link, so your card statement shows LINK.COM* UPTIMECHECK. We still provide the service and support you with it.

  • It takes the payment. Card details never reach Uptimecheck.
  • It adds the VAT or sales tax for your country. Our prices are in euros excluding VAT, and checkout may show the price in your local currency.
  • It emails a receipt and an invoice with VAT for every payment.
  • It answers questions about a payment at support.link.com. You can also email support@uptimecheck.com.

VAT numbers

Businesses enter their VAT number on the checkout page when they choose a plan. To change it afterwards, email support.

Subscriptions from before October 26, 2026

Subscriptions started before October 26, 2026 are still billed by Digitona AB, the company behind Uptimecheck, as before.
