Free trial
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial of Professional. No card is needed. Owners get a reminder 3 days before it ends and again the day before. If the trial ends without a plan, the workspace moves to the Free plan: 5 monitors checked every 5 minutes, and anything beyond that is paused, not deleted. A new workspace starts on Free, without a trial, if you own one whose trial ended without a plan. See what happens when the trial ends.
Plans
- Start: €12 a month billed monthly, or €9 a month billed yearly (€108 a year). 15 uptime monitors, 3 members, 1 year of history.
- Professional: €39 a month billed monthly, or €29 a month billed yearly (€348 a year). 100 uptime monitors, 10 members, 2 years of history, the REST API and MCP, client dashboards, your own status page address and custom CSS.
- Business: €92 a month billed monthly, or €69 a month billed yearly (€828 a year). 250 uptime monitors, 25 members, 3 years of history and everything in Professional.
History means uptime and response times per hour and incidents with their timeline. Older history is deleted when it passes your plan’s limit. Every single check, with its details, is kept for 30 days on every plan.
Every paid plan checks as often as every minute and includes password-protected status pages, removable Uptimecheck branding and weekly and monthly email reports. The Free plan checks every 5 minutes and has none of these three. Alert channels: 25, 75 or 250. SMS alerts work on every paid plan: Professional includes 50 credits a month and Business 200, and any paid plan can buy packs that never expire (how SMS credits work). Compare every limit in the feature comparison.
Billing
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance. Yearly saves 25%. Choose Monthly or Yearly above the plans on the Billing tab.
- All prices are in euros and exclude VAT. The VAT or sales tax for your country is added at checkout, and businesses in the EU can enter a VAT number there.
- Plans and SMS credits are sold through Link, operated by Stripe, as our reseller: Link takes the payment and sends receipts and invoices, and your statement shows LINK.COM* UPTIMECHECK. Card details never reach Uptimecheck.
- Choose a plan during the trial and your card is charged when the trial ends, as long as more than two days of it are left. Otherwise you pay when you subscribe.
- If a payment fails, owners get an email and monitoring continues for up to 14 days while Stripe retries the card. If no payment succeeds by then, monitoring pauses and owners are emailed again; it turns back on by itself when the payment goes through.
- A plan has a fixed price, with no per-seat fees within its member limit.
- The plan belongs to the workspace, and only the workspace owner can change it.
