You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Your current plan and its limits are always shown under Account → Plan.
Change plan
- Log in and open your account menu, then Plan.
- Choose Renew or change plan.
- Pick the currency, euro or US dollars, and monthly or annual billing.
- Choose the plan and complete the payment.
Moving to a smaller plan? Check first that your monitors, heartbeats and status pages fit within its limits; the feature comparison lists every limit.
Cancel
Open Account → Plan to stop a running subscription. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Your monitors and history stay in your account, so you can pick up again later.
