What happened to Freshping
Freshping was a free website monitor from Freshworks. Freshworks discontinued it on March 6, 2026, so its checks and alerts have stopped. If you relied on it, your sites may have been unwatched since then.
Moving your checks to Uptimecheck
Collect the addresses you monitored, from your notes, your status page or your bookmarks. In Uptimecheck, open Monitors › Import and paste them, one per line; write a name and a comma before an address to name it. Each one is checked with GET and counts as up on a 2xx or 3xx answer, and you can fine-tune single monitors afterwards: keywords, headers, timeouts, intervals and locations.
Not sure a site is up right now? Our free website checker answers in a few seconds, and the SSL checker shows when its certificate expires.
What you get
- Checks every minute from Stockholm, Sweden, with every failure confirmed by a second check
- Alerts by email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Google Chat, Telegram, PagerDuty, webhooks and push notifications on your phone
- Status pages with subscribers, status updates and scheduled maintenance
- Cron job monitors, server monitoring, DNS monitoring, SSL certificate and domain expiry reminders
- Multi-step flows for logins, forms and checkouts
A fair note
We reviewed this page on October 16, 2026. Freshping is no longer available, so there is nothing left to compare; check our feature comparison and the live demo to see whether Uptimecheck fits.
