Monitoring and a status page in one place
A status page is only as good as the checks behind it. In Uptimecheck, every component is a monitor, so customers see what the checks find, and your status updates add the words. When a check confirms an outage, a milder word in an update can’t hide it.
What Uptimecheck covers
- Website uptime and API checks every minute from Stockholm, with every failure confirmed by a second check
- Status pages with status updates, subscribers, scheduled maintenance, 9 languages and removable branding on every plan, and custom CSS on Professional and Business
- Status page analytics: visits by country, referrer and device, without cookies
- Multi-step flows for logins and checkouts, optionally in a real browser
- Cron job monitors with crontab schedules, exit codes and output
- Server monitoring, page speed, SSL certificate and domain expiry, and DNS monitoring
- Incidents with evidence and on-call schedules
- A REST API and an MCP server on Professional and Business
Switching from Hyperping
Open Monitors › Import, choose Paste URLs and paste your website addresses, one per line; write a name and a comma before an address to name it. Each one is checked with GET and counts as up on a 2xx or 3xx answer. Then fine-tune single monitors: keywords, headers, timeouts and intervals. Cron jobs get a new monitor each, with its own ping URL to put in the job.
For the status page, create one under Status pages, add the monitors customers should see and give them friendly names. Set your logo, accent color and language, and publish. Nothing changes at Hyperping, so run both until the new page shows what you expect, then point your links at it.
A fair comparison
