Your name is shown to the people in your workspaces, for example in an incident’s timeline when you acknowledge it or add a note. You can change it at any time.
Change your name
- Sign in at app.uptimecheck.com.
- Open the menu with your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Account.
- Under Profile, edit Name.
- Choose Save.
Good to know
- Your account follows you to every workspace you belong to, so the new name is used in all of them.
- It makes no difference how you sign in. With a password, an email link, Google or GitHub, the name is edited in the same place.
- The workspace name is a separate setting. An owner or admin changes it under Settings, General.
- The email address can’t be changed in the app. Contact support and we will help.
